CGA-Canada’s activities, decisions and direction are guided by its strategic plan. The five-year strategic plan, introduced three years ago, features six strategic goals that were developed to ensure the success of the association and members. By aligning its operational plans and tactics with these goals, the association is able to generate opportunities to grow and prosper.
The annual report follows the format of the current strategic plan and details the various CGA-Canada activities that support each goal.
