Chantal Bélanger, FCGA, and a member of CGA-Canada's board of directors, was recently appointed to the position of Ombudsman of Laurentian Bank and its subsidiaries. She is the first woman to hold this position.
Craig Elliot, CGA, has joined Jones Richards & Company. He is leading the firm's year end department and has a financial management diploma and a bachelor of technology degree from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
Catherine Uy, B.Sc., CPA, CGA, has joined Jones Richards & Company as a tax manager. Uy is a member of CGA-BC's board of governors and has completed the CICA In-depth Tax Course.
