Cyber Tip

You can use Word’s sorting capabilities to re-order paragraphs. Number each paragraph in the order you want them to appear, placing the number at the beginning of each paragraph. Select the paragraphs. Choose Sort from the Table menu and select the “paragraph” and “number” options. Finally, click Sort and then delete the numbers from your re-sequenced paragraphs.
