It is with sincere pleasure that we take this opportunity to announce our new and exciting partnership with Aon Reed Stenhouse Inc. (Aon). One of Aon’s roles is to provide the broadest coverage possible with a stable insurer to provide comprehensive professional liability coverage and superior client service.
CGA Website: Aon has developed and tailored a website specifically designed to expedite the process of issuing individual insurance certificates. All CGA members will now have the capability to renew, pay and print both their professional liability and office package insurance certificates online. Members who renew their professional liability insurance online prior to July 20th, 2007 will enjoy a $30 premium reduction for each CGA listed. Members renewing online during this time frame will receive their certificates of insurance by e-mail within the following week.

New Lower Rates: As part of Aon’s commitment to ensuring the CGA Insurance Program maintains the highest limits of coverage at competitive rates, we are pleased to advise that Aon has negotiated a decrease in premium with ENCON Group for the Professional Liability insurance for the 1 August 2007 – 2008 renewal term as follows:

*Aggregate Limit for Partnerships and Corporations with more than two (2) practitioners will be:
- $4,000,000 for Partnerships; or

Increased limits: Aon has also negotiated with Aviva Canada – without any rise in premium – an increase in the basic office package limits as follows:
- Office Contents increased from $25,000 to $50,000
- Newly Acquired Property increased from $50,000 to $1,000,000
- Employee Dishonesty increased from $10,000 to $25,000
- Money and Securities (On/Off Premises) increased from $5,000 to $10,000
- Commercial General Liability increased from $1,000,000 to $2,000,000
- Non-owned Automobile increased from $1,000,000 to $2,000,000
- Tenants’ Legal Liability increased from $1,000,000 to $2,000,000
