CGA-Canada and SAIT Polytechnic (SAIT) are pleased to announce that they have renegotiated their degree partnership agreement to continue for an additional two years. Both organizations agree that the current partnership has been a tremendous success and the new agreement allows students until September 30, 2008 to enroll in the SAIT distance degree program, and to complete their studies by September 30, 2014.
The SAIT and CGA-Canada integrative degree partnership has been distinctive since it was first launched in 2002. It demonstrated CGA-Canada’s role as a leader in securing high-quality professional online education opportunities for CGAs and students.
The post-secondary education market continues to change, with online education being far more common today and other options available to students. Further, a growing number of students are entering the Program of Professional Studies with a degree. While changing market conditions require this to be the final extension of this particular distance education degree program, CGA-Canada and SAIT Polytechnic will continue to partner in other initiatives and in classroom programs in future.
