1. What should I do if I am ready to enroll in the CGA Program of Professional Studies?

A. Contact the CGA affiliate office in your area to apply to the CGA program (see the Association drop-down menu above), or learn more at www.thinkcga.org.

2. Where can I find details about courses in the CGA Program of Professional Studies?

A. The Syllabus contains detailed course outlines. (For a paper copy, contact your provincial/territorial affiliate office using the Association drop-down menu above.)

3. Can I see copies of previous exams so I know what to expect?

A. Yes. View past examinations here. Or view the examination blueprints to learn more about the content areas covered on course examinations.

4. Is there a final certification exam?

A. There are two final courses and exams, PA1 and PA2, often referred to as the capstone courses and exams, which students are required to complete before certification. Find PA1 and PA2 exam information here or detailed course information in the Syllabus.

5. Do any Canadian academic institutions offer special undergraduate or graduate degrees for students in the CGA program?

A. Yes. CGA-Canada does have academic partnerships and alliances that benefit students and CGAs.

6. How do I find out about what transfer credits I will receive from my previous education and how long it will take me to become certified?

A. Your provincial/territorial affiliate office is the place to learn more about your path to CGA certification (see drop-down menu above).

7. I know the CGA program is delivered online. Where can I find out about computer or software requirements?

A. Information on student computer systems is available here, but specific information is also available from your CGA affiliate office (see drop-down menu above), which delivers the online program to its students.
