CGA-Canada's Senior Academic Program

A program designed for academics

CGA-Canada's Senior Academic Program makes it possible for post-secondary faculty to earn the highly respected CGA designation in as little as one year.

Senior academics with their CGA contribute to the profession and the CGA Association. This can include participating in research and public policy initiatives, providing instructional or marking support, involvement in various committees, and promotion of the CGA designation.

Questions about the program?

For more information about the program, contact your nearest CGA affiliate office (see the Association drop-down menu above).

Being a CGA provides academics with another way to contribute to the accounting profession. I am able to assist in the education of professional accountants and act as a role model for future members of the Association.
